    Default Injuries, injuries, INJURIES!!!!

When will they ever end? It seems that since picking hockey back up again they have just kept rolling my way! I don't know if any of you have read my previous posts before but I have mentioned tweaking my cartiledge in my right knee which scratched me from work for a good 5 days. Doc found a cyst as well but said it wasnt cancerous (thank god) and told me to stay off of the leg for a bit.

Now, I'm having problems with my left calf! It's not so bad when I'm playing but when I'm at home and kneel down on my left knee, it seems that my left calf seizes up with pain and it's a struggle to get back up. I really hope that my doc just says it's something that will pass in time. Anyone ever experience this?

Do you work out at all? If not work out what other exercises do you do? Ride a bike? Run? etc.

ya man i work out at least 2-3 times a week. right now i am just doing cardio trying to lose some weight and become leaner. i biked 15k today and then did the stairs for 15 mins. no pain while excercising but like i said, its only when im in a kneeling position i have trouble getting up. im hoping that ive just pulled a muscle and its nothing too serious.

I injuried my left lower back in the playoffs last season and re-injuried it three weeks ago. I am feeling 90% better now but it was giving me real bad back spasms.
