WELL,,,unfortunately quickly doesn't seem to figure into the equation (thank god for this spelling checker,,didn't realize how bad my grammar is)as for the frustration i have been working at keeping it to a minimum, when the doctor finally allows you to start moving your arm again, slowly carefully and for short amounts of time at first(about at the 3 month point)the first surge of emotion is utter frustration at how limited your strength and range of motion is.
that said the frustration dissipates(thank you again spell checker) as every week goes by and gains are consistent with the help of physio and home exercises done religiously.
i have regained full range of motion except for my shoulder, which is due to the long four and a half month period my arm was immobilized for.(could say the cure is worse than the disease)
i have also made gains in strength and mass but have a ways to go still
still can't complain, will make a full recovery according to the doc.
Awesome news that it's going to be a full recovery!

I once saw a fellow with something wrong with his bicep in ball hockey. I was kind of the backup, but was playing defence full time with the team. His bicep was just pulsating non-stop. It was pretty weird and gruesome. It would bulge up way huge, then back down, then up, down, etc etc. I didn't know him so I have no idea what ever happened to him, or what the problem was. Like a muscle cramp but probably the worst I've ever seen. He even ended up playing the first 5 minutes of the game while they waited for me to suit up.
Anyways, hope all went well with you. It sucks being out of commission. I'm just waiting for my first major injury (3 years and nothing so far) *knock on wood*
