    Smile Long healing process after torn ligament

    THOUGHT I'D START A THREAD ON MY HEALING PROCESS AFTER HAVING TORN MY BICEPS LIGAMENT DURING A GAME EARLIER THIS YEAR.

    AFTER SUCCESSFUL SURGERY ON THE 25TH OF FEBRUARY I FINALLY GOT OUT OF MY CAST AND INTO A BRACE YESTERDAY APRIL 12.

    PHYSIOTHERAPY STARTS IN 4 WEEKS,I WILL BE POSTING THE PROGRESS FOR ANYONE WHO'S INTERESTED.
    HERE ARE THE GRUESOME PICS;THE PICTURE WITH OF MY ARM OUTSIDE THE CAST AND THE ONE IN THE NEW BRACE WERE TAKEN YESTERDAY

    Actually since the days of modems and chat lines instead of world wide web. So a very long time. ALL CAPITALS MEANS SHOUTING! Exclamation points show a firmness, and a possible raise in voice, but SHOUTING is SHOUTING.

    Sorry... couldn't resist. hehe. But seriously, definitely do everything they tell you to do. Hope it goes quickly and frustration is kept to a minimum.
