Major Slump

I've had the worst hockey yesterday and tonight in my ball hockey league. To start things off, yesterday we were short on players for the first 7 minutes, so we only had 4 guys out vs. the other team which had two full lines. 4 goals got through during that time, and I think that put me on tilt for the remainder of the game (and possibly the next game). We lost that game with a score of 9 to 4.
I tried to put that out of my mind for tonight's game, but I got lit up bad. Final score was 11 to 1...ugh. Though the defense gave up a few bad passes, I can't put all the blame on them. I had my share of soft goals that I should have been able to stop. My glove arm felt particularly slow tonight, and overall I just felt small. Overall standings have us at the very bottom with 0 wins and 4 losses, so it doesn't help that I feel like we're the doormat team this season.
Right after that blowout, one of the teams for the next game needed a goalie and asked if I could fill in. It was a lower division team, and I had enough energy for another game, so I figured I'd help them out. I have to admit, I felt like this other team had better synergy and tighter defense than my current team, but we still lost 8 to 0. At least they were pretty positive about the whole thing and thanked me for filling in. But still, I just felt so very disappointed with my performance lately.
My next game isn't until this Saturday, so I have some time to recuperate both physically and mentally, but without a doubt this is the crappiest I've felt about my goaltending since I started.
