Default Revoke Knee/Thigh Guards Running into Knee Lock

Anyone else having any problems with their knee protection running into their knee lock? In addition to getting my old pants back, I also picked up a nice, used first generation Reebok pro pants and then picked up some Revoke knee/thigh guards. I LOVE them, but the little lip that comes down and blocks the knee tends to get caught up in my knee lock. Even if I undo the elastic band, it still gets caught. Oddly, only on my left leg. Drives me nuts. I'm considering just cutting off the inside flap of the knee lock. Seems rather unnecessary, really.

Any thoughts? Anyone else have that problem?

You're a good writer, but I'm having trouble picturing this... Can I see a picture?

Whoops.. totally didn't mean to ignore this thread. I think I got it figured out. There's a little part of the Revoke knee guards that comes down and blocks the inside of the knee a little more than the outside. That part was unfortunately running into the inside pad on the knee lock. So what I did was took off the elastic band that keeps the knee lock together, and then also put the knee guards down just a little bit. Seemed to work fine. Now I'm more comfortable with taking off the thigh guards, which were driving me nuts last night.
