You could superglue the knot.

Take a picture of the knots.. I can't say that I've EVER had a knot come undone.. makes me wonder what on Earth is coming loose on his C/A. Looking over my chesty now, I actually don't "knot" anything, per say, but rather just loop and tighten it on itself. That is, take a single string, make a loop out of it, put the end through the loop and pull so that it gets tight right next to the eyelet.

will try that his looks like a freakin Frankenstein C/A with all the ties on em .....but he has been eyein the Brians H Series C/A Halak graphics to go along with his set ...told him all A'S for first half of school year gets it

they are meant to be able to lengthen as they grow but , as he now starts the 2nd half of the 1st semster have a feeling he will end up with the Brians ( see post farther up )
