i dont have a hard time covering my 5 hole, my pads just seem to be a little weak at the ends and arent right against the ice, allowing some pucks to slip right under them while im in my butterfly. i have Reebok P3's right now.

I would like to see a picture or video of you in your butterfly. I don't believe it's the pads fault, and I would like to help you fix your problem. :)

i dont think its as much to do with brands of pads as it is the size of pad + your flexabilty!

Like everyone else said, it all depends on your flexibilty and the break on the pad

That's not true. Flexibility doesn't help the pad stay down on the ice. Most brands come off the ice more with a larger thigh rise. All brands are different. He didn't word his question well and the problem may be him...My old I Techs covered the five hole better than my new Warriors and I'm more flexible now. I could see it on Roloson last year and he only had a plus one. I would say watch the pros pause when you get butterfly close ups. Find the pro pads that are flush against the ice find out exact information on his pads model thigh rise alterations everything.

I was referencing flexibilty and the break type combined. not as seperate qualities

Agreed. Your problem is hard to diagnose without pictures, and it's difficult to give you valuable advice without knowing a little more about your problem. Send along all of the info you can, including your strapping preferences (do you wear them tight? Loose? which ones are tight and which ones are looser, etc) and we'll all try to figure this out.
