    After 4 years with my RBK 9k, a pump have broke. So, I buy a pair of Graf 750 but, I wanted to keep my XBlades.



    Seriously, I think it's the perfect skates :)

    Better balance, better grip, better durability, less slipeage. A lot better for a butterfly goalie

    Would you recommend for a relatively new goalie? Or Should I just stick to regular blades?

    The XBlade will be always better for a modern goalie than the regular blades. New goalie or not.

    Am I correct in assuming these are not "overdrive" blades?

    Absolutely not. Overdrive blades are a piece of steel added to the inside edge of the cowling.
