    Does anyone know about these pads? I was wondering where i could purchase them and if Chris Piku could make it for non professional goalies.

    Bro, you're not good enough for Chris Piku, literally. There was a InGoal magazine article that specifically stated that he only caters to elite goalies.

    They're also a lot pricier then other pro gear.

    Why would you want them anyway? Just because Timmy has them? this is the power of marketing... :) They're nothing special, when there's so many other great choices out there.

    Wow that's kind of stupid, what's the point of making gear if he will only make it for like 2 or 3 people?

    I don't think he's making bank off of his gear. He might be trying to position his gear as for the uber-elite, and then price it as such. His price is too high. There are enough niche small-market customized pro gear manufacturers and big-name brand gear manufacturers to provide options in the market.
