I would try on an intermediate set and see how they feel. Int. is slightly smaller than senior but not as tiny as the juniors.

Im a goalie moving up to midget 15-17 next year and im fairly small for my age. I weat 30+1 Bauer Supreme ONE60 leg pads i have a RX6 Bauer Blocker and a Brians DX6 Glove. Now that im moving up to midget i want to try to fit into senior gloves like everyone else in that age group but its not coming easy. I can wear a senior blocker almost perfectly with minimal fitting trouble. When i get to the glove my hand fits in it but it goes down on my arm a good amount and interferes with my chest protector elbow pads, so that i can't rotate my wrist with it on. Should i just use a senior blocker and a junior glove? Should i just screw it and use junior pads, or force myself to use a senior glove and blocker?

Thanks for the responsee! But yeah i tried intermediate too and the glove did the same thing as the senior as far as interfering with my chest protector. Also my hand fits into the senior glvoe fine its just that i messes up with my chest protector.
If you have money to spend you should look to buy a glove from a company that offers custom modifications and then get a smaller hand size.
I have heard many girls go this route due to the smaller size of their hands and they find this has helped.

Custom might be a good route like Scottish said. Or you could see about adjusting the arm length on the chesty.
Forget about what number is on the glove, just go with what works. The only number that matters is the one on the scoreboard.
Isn't Junior/Intermediate sized gloves and blocker smaller than than senior sized? so there for finding and adult glove that works is surely better

I am a big fan of the Boddam line of intermediate gear. Very protective, but built about 10% smaller than adult. My wife is a smaller goalie and wears Boddam intermediate stuff in adult league.
Is your chest protector too big?
Also anything new will feel weird at first and you wont like it, but in the end you will adapt.
I wear an intermediate... I'd really worry about the protection offered in the palm of a junior or even an intermediate. I haven't had one YET but I face lower level women and PeeWee / Bantam shots. By Midget, some of those shots will be getting pretty hard.
I want to move to a senior trapper (for the catching area), but my hands are too small in the gloves. I feel like I don't have great control over the glove and even the "game ready" are soooo tough for me to close. Gotta strengthen my hand I guess.
