Goalie Mask Sizing

Hey im a 14 year old goalie going into midget15-17 next year. i wear a junior helmet that fits fine but i wear it supppperrrr loose almost as loose as it can go where my chin is no where near in the chin strap. I know alot of people where it tighter where there chin is in the strap and theyr mouth is about where the bottom of the cage of the helmet is. i was wondering which way is correct?

It shouldn't be so loose it flops around aimlessly.
