Too big of a hole over your eye? The bigger the hole the better.

I'm going to be acquiring a Bauer NME 7 from a buddy I play with and the one thing I was wondering was if anyone knows If the cage from an Itech 1200 will fit the mask. It has a non-cert cat eye cage on it and to me that's just a bit too big of a hole over my eye. I know the 1200 isn't the best mask, but the welds on the cage are sound and I really like the cage after I customized it. I know there isn't much difference visually between the two mask. Is the geometry close enough so I can keep my custom cage? Or if anyone has the flat wire on their NME and would like a non cert cat eye I'll do a swap.

Haha, yea I know. It's just too much for me. I've never been a big fan of the non cert cat eye cage. Plus, I like the look of my custom cage.
you probably shouldn't swap cages if you have to drill new holes on the nme7
Is the cat-eye made for the nme7? I have a flat bar on mine, has one bend on a bottom bar, might be willing to trade. I'll get pics up asap, it's giving me an error.
Edit: I haven't bent it back or anything because generally when you mess with stuff a lot it makes the strength weaker.
