sweet looking glove!
I thought It was more of the personal customization that they offer as opposed to a new design.....

My Bad, Sorry if I stepped on anyone's toes.
Scottish- my understanding is that this is the new "standard" glove design. I think it looks similar to the SZ glove.

It's a new design :)
So here is a bit of advance on what is up:
The cuff of the trapper has been sewn to the palm section, so that glove effectively works like a one piece cuff.
The internals of the palm have been modified so that the glove, esp. on the fingers side of the palm and pocket, has less of a tendency to lose rigidity due to the actions of a) shooting the puck and b) trapping the puck along the ice. Both of these, over time, can cause the glove (all brands for that matter) to alter their original form and performance characterstics.
The seal of the trapper on the ice has been perfected so the puck cannot slip out and so it is less necessary to squish the glove down, which only hastens the problem mentioned above.
Blocker: finger protection improved and the seams have been hidden or moved so that the stick rubbing will not have as much of a impact on the sewing
The blocker is bindingless (as an option) to max. its surface area and create a cleaner look. but pretty much everyone is already up to speed on that one.
