how many of you guys use your toe Ties on your pads? I haven't used them but with my new pads I may want to. How is the correct way to tie them so first they don't come on tied? and second where you can tuck them so you don't step on them? thanks for your help

I play hockey because I love the game. I am a goalie because i have all the mental deficiencies that the position requires!

Here's a link with directions complete with picures,i hope its helpful for you. I personally go through all three holes and bring them up around the back of the skate (or i used to before i switched to flex toes) so you might want to experiment a little.

As far as attaching the toe ties...it will also be a preference that you'll have to discover yourself. Just monkey around with what works for you best. I personally go through only the front and middle cowl opening and then bring them up. Another guy I play with goes through the first hole around 3 times only which I found strange, but he likes it.
I'll be trying out the flex toe one of these millenniums too...whenever Peranis gets mine in for me.
