    I got my PAW knee pads with the top and bottoms trimmed in lenght and the bottoms thinned out. Not bulky at all and love them.

    If your pads do have a smaller knee-lock/cradle you can order them with the lower part of the knee pad thinned out. I did this and I've had no problems with bulkiness at all.

    i currently am wearing the PAW luongo style knee pads. when i first got them i was worried about the bulk, but as i wore them i realized it wasnt an issue. great protection, great fit, and great movement. i recommend them for anyone that is interested.
