I purchased two regular Sham Sweatbands and two custom Sham Sweatbands recently, so here's my reviews.

First off, the regular sized sweatbands. Everyone has spoken about their absorbent qualities and there's not much more I can say about how well they absorb sweat without beating a dead horse. After the first game using it, I was throwing all my clothes in the wash and decided to perform a little "experiment". I held the band under the running water in the washer, then squeezed it to see how much water came out. I was truly amazed at how much water it held even after being soaked with sweat. What I really liked about the sweatband was that it seemed like it added padding to my mask. Took a few shots off my mask since making the switch and the difference is amazing! My Itech 1400 protects me from shots/sticks to the head, but it isn't always comfortable when getting hit with those shots. The past few shots to the mask with the Sham Sweatband weren't as loud and felt like it cut down on the vibration.

Now, I also special ordered two bands that attach to the inside wrist portion of my catcher. It's about 2 inches by 3 inches. One is the regular thickness, and one is the medium thickness. I've only used the regular thickness one so far and love it! Somehow I miss measured my original pad that goes in there and the new one is a bit smaller, but it actually worked out for the better. My old one (you can see a picture of it here) would get folded or wrinked up throughout the game and would irritate me. The Sham Sweatband one stays perfectly in place, craddles my wrist and collects more sweat than the old one did.

Between the quality of the product and the amazing customer service you receive from Sham Sweatbands, I will be a customer for life!

    R,
Thank goodness you mismeasured.. it looks almost stock.
I am so glad it worked. Thank you for the picture. i was wondering how it would look.

Necessity is the mother of invention.
    Thank you again.
    Cheers

I couldn't agree more! I love these so much, that I always order extra when I need one, and give them out to my students as incentives for reaching mile-markers (making them future customers as well).

Jim is always great with customer service. I won't wear any other sweat band!

If you take 100% satisfaction in the product + 100% satisfaction in the customer service + 100% bonus for the specially made glove band, you get a goalie that won't stop telling people about Sham Sweatbands, even if I do tell people multiple times.
