Default Unboxing Koho 700 Sr. Pro

Here's the trapper I got today from Goalie Monkey.
It actually got shipped in another box, but it was used. Like someone took it out, played with it and rebagged it. It was dirty and had puck marks on it. I called them up and they gave me a couple of options and I wanted a replacement so they did that. I'm very satisfied with the customer service.

You can see the original one in the box in the bottom corner.

Anyway, the replacement has the blue and silver jenpro panels switched. I like it. I didn't think anyone wanted to see a plain box this time.

    Brand new with tag.

There was a cord that held the trapper shut.

There's a thumb loop and pinky loop. There are three finger stalls in mesh. One strap for the back of the fingers, one strap on the back of the hand and another strap on the back of the wrist.

It's actually easy to close but difficult to open to its widest.

    Nice seal.

Nice customer service. I recently had something similar happen with a Total Hockey order. Got two pairs of skates for my kiddos, and one came not only sharpened, but had scratches all over it. I used to work in their web division, so I know sometimes things can get overlooked in returns, though I thought it was a bit obvious that it was used as it had been sharpened (and therefore can't be returned). Called them up, and got $15 back on the skates. Not great, but it worked, I guess.

Glad to hear GM also had good customer service and helped you out.

Nice looking Trap, like the colour schemes!

GM offered me great customer service also ensuring me of a tight delivery time frame but they said they would make it happen and they did, now if only the Inlaws were where they were suppose to be at the time they said they would I would!!!!

Well, I have everything now. I sharpened my skates last weekend (1/2" ROH) and bought some suspenders and hockey tape. I need to attach my dangler and tape my stick tonight, and I'll be going out to a pick-up hockey session this Saturday.

Awesome, let us know how it goes. I want to know how the glove is especially b/c I used Koho a lot before I moved to Reebok.

That glove does have a nice seal. My Reebok requires some force to get it flat.
