well the weight of this stick is very nice, and the lie was also good. the durability and flexibility are both horrid! i broke one the first time i used it, after 2 shots to the paddle in warm up. rbk warranteed that twig luckily ( although i had to foot the shipping to montreal). they sent me a new one and it has almost spontaneously combusted just after the end of the warranty period! i would not recommend this stick to anyone and i have switched stick brnads because of it!

The only comps I'll use from now on will be the Sherwoods! I tried a Bauer X50 and it grenaded shortly after the warranty period expired too. My RM9's have lasted on average 3-4 months and my new RM19's have had 3 games each with very minimal damage so far. Really good sticks if anyone wants to try them out.

I swear to god that Composite sticks are built to only last 31 days. My Warrior decided to stop being rock solid about 35 days of play, my 7k bit it about 32 days in and my current 7k has degraded faster than a beer left out on a hot summer day since it's 30 day period was up. Fail man...total fail. I still prefer comps to wood/fiberglass for some reason. Don't quite know why.

By the way, my 7ks are Giguere curve which I can't seem to find on any other sticks. I love his curve and that's probably why I stick with the comps.

I'm the same way with the Sherwoods too...they use to have the Thibault curve which I love, but now it's gone for this year...hmmm...what to do now. The P31 Bauer curve is close, but the Bauer X series doesn't hold up as good as the Sherwoods.

My composite has lasted a whole season so far as well as a few weeks of the next so far. And the 7k was only $100 CDN. Not really a huge jump over the wood sticks.
