Default The OFFICIAL The Goalie Crease Network Card Set!

Own you're very own set of hockey cards featuring yourself as well as your fellow members of the Goalie Crease Network!

Features of the cards are as follows:

    - Professionally designed cards by Graphic Designer Joey Maestas. Professionally printed on 18 pt. card stock. Card fronts have a semi gloss finish similar to Upper Deck O-Pee-Chee cards. The backs have a Matte finish.
    - Full bleed full color photography
    - The Front of the cards will have an image of you, the Goalie Crease Network Logo, and your name. The back will have another image of you (Either the same or different as the front), your name, your username, some basic stats, a short blurb about yourself, and the card number.

    Pricing is as follows:

    - 15 Dollars USD per 22 card set.
    - 6 Dollars USD per 22 extra cards of a yourself. A set MUST be purchased to get individual cards.

This covers shipping and packaging to Canada and the USA. International members must add 7 dollars to their total for shipping.

    RULES:

    - This set is on a first come, first served basis. Images, and all you're info MUST be sent in ONE email or I reserve the right to refuse or delete your information. As you can imagine a project of this size gets very difficult to manage if I get a million emails with different information.
    - I will confirm with you that your cards are to your liking, and then post them here when completed.
    - Each set will contain 22 cards. UNTIL I SPECIFY, you are allowed ONE card per set. If we have trouble filling a set, you may have the option to get another card featuring different images, etc. If more then 22 people want in, we will need to fill another 22 card set. So we could potentially have a series 1, series 2, etc. It has to do with my rates with my printer and stuff and it gets to be complicated when the cards aren't ordered in particular quantities. So if we end up with say, 32 people that want in. We will need an additional 12 for the extra set. If that makes sense.
    - Paypal is the ONLY acceptable method of payment.

    MISC.

    - I am more then happy to touch or, resize, crop, airbrush, whatever you need on photos. That said, see the guidelines for sending photos below.
    - If you have ANY questions don't hesitate to ask here (preferred) or at TGCNcards@gmail.com.

    ORDERING:

    - Ordering is open NOW.
    - DO NOT send payment until I send invoices. Invoices will be sent from a separate email address.

    Photo Guidelines are as follows:

    - Send UNedited, UNtouched up, FULL resolution images if possible. The bigger and "rawer" your images are, the better the outcome.
    - DO NOT send copyrighted images, images with watermarks, or images you do not have permission to use.
    - You MAY order more then one set or more then packs of 22 cards of yourself. But keep in mind you MUST order a set to get cards of yourself. And the cards of yourself must be ordered in increments of 22.
    - Please send the following completed order form AS WELL AS YOUR IMAGES to TGCNcards@gmail.com. In the subject line put your username only.

My games are so late during the week, my wife and children dont go.. so i will need to take a camera to a game and let the guys on the team take some pictures for me.. oh my.. i am sure i will end up with butt crack shots from the bench, etc.. bunch of comedians.. but hopefully i can get at least a few.
If i do/can score some pics. i will be in.

    Cheers
    Jim

Cool! And a couple of ideas.

    - Take the camera out right at the start at warmup and have a teammate take some pics while your warming up. I've gotten some cool shots that way.

    - If you have a camera with a "time lapse" option, set it to take shots periodically and set it up somewhere relatively safe and point it at your net during the game. With some luck you'll get some cool shots.

    - I've done this but it's a little labor intensive and you run the risk of breaking a camera, but do the above with the time lapse setting, but create a "goal cam" using a baseball or football display case, the clear plexy ones. The best place to find these for cheap (dont pay more then a couple bucks) is collectible stores. Secure the camera ion place with the foam you can find at these same stores for card boxes (They'll know what you're talking about.) Then take a bungie cord or some wire and make a simple hook to just attach it to the bottom of the top of the net.

    - You can always send me video or take screen shots yourself from video you may have. Just remember these aren't the best quality unless you can get a 1080p camcorder/camera with video and good lighting.

Our "manager" lol takes pictures of us during warm ups and then my mom usually videos my games...She did get a couple good action shots of me over the weekend. I love the warm up idea. We tried like a "posed" photo shoot last year for our teams facebook but it was a terrible idea LOL I like this idea though Evil!

What a cool idea. Now to see if I have any usable pictures. Hmmm... I do have a practice this week, maybe one of the gals can shoot me (instead of shooting AT me har har har). PS jim if you end up with butt crack shots, you should absolutely use one for the back of the card!
