Mike smith!! He came into phx and everyone said phx was sunk without brgz. Smith has better stats and other than the other night agaisnt the ducks he has been awesome since he came back from his injury! Phx needs to give him some run support! You have to be impressed with the way Elliot has performed this year being on a two contract and working his way into a 1a and 1b goalie situation instead a back-up who only gets a few games a season

as a Flames fan I see mostly the Flames goalie's but I've been very impressed with Leland Irving since his call up, he hasn't played alot and got destroyed against Boston but you never know how a rookie goalie is going to be and Karlsson hasn't been that great this season and Irving has given us a chance in basically every game he's played except against the Bruins
