i usually have a glass of clamato juice after the game
This is a discussion on Favorite Post Game Drink within the The Locker Room forums, part of the The Goalie Crease category; Oh man. Chocolate milk after excersize is one thing but then throwing a beer in there. I dont think that ...
Have you ever had a dream that you were so sure was real? What if you could not wake up from that dream, how would you tell the difference between the real world and the dream?

No...
I like the wheat beers and less hoppy beers. I'll have to try some Badass.
Just tried some Badass. I like it. Thanks for the suggestion.

Don't Think, Just Do!
I dint drink alcohol, so usually it is a protein drink and water taking sips from each just get re-hydrated, ifi don't get enough fluids I wake up with a headache.

I actually started working out last summer. Everyone I knew was buying these recovery drinks, and what not. I'm poor, so I did some research and everything I read said that chocolate milk is the best recover drink after a workout. It goes down so smooth!
That being said, I have not taken it to the rink with me. I've stopped at the store and bought a bottle.
I don't think chocolate milk after
Playing would sit well with me, at least not
Immediately after playing. Sone of the games I sub in I have an hour
Drive home so I may try it next time.

You would be amazed how well it sits. I don't pound a quart as soon as I sit down in the room, but once my body temp comes back down, and I can feel myself getting into a "recovery zone" I'll drink it, that is normal 15-45 minutes after I get off the ice. A lot of times I won't bring a jug with me, but swing by a store and pick some up as soon as I leave the rink.
Clamato juice, really? Damn, Butterflyattack even the scent of that **** makes me wanna spew. Wheat beers are amazing, though Shock Top is like the PBR of wheat beers haha. Get your mitts on some Hoegaarden.
