On July 12th and the 19th, Minnesota girls came together for 1 hour and 30 minutes to showcase their talent. With 6 goalies on ice we each faced 12 warm up shots then got right into scrimmaging. Each goalie got 2 rotations of 7 minutes and 2 rotations of 5 minutes. Needless to say goalies saw less then 6 shots during the whole scrimmage. He also mentioned that my stats are great and I'm giving the JV a shot to win. That's great and all but I'm actually scared to play Varsity because they are much faster then the JV level. Hopefully the Varsity goalie hits a hot streak and keeps me from even thinking about Varsity

When you think #17 from Minnesota's northwest Confrence, you think of a the Centennial's super star forward Lauren. But recently that has changed. Even though that's been her number for years and she has been known for being #17, she has new competition. I have only played 3 high school games and for the JV, but people are starting to talk about a new super star #17. Yes that's my goalie number and Lauren is my best friend, little did I know it would turn out to be the Battle Of The 17's. We both
