Faced my first ever penalty shot last tuesday in our final game of the season. Wasn't even close... Lost 5-3.
Some improvement in my 2nd full season, 32 fewer goals given up. GAA cut down by 3.00.

Need some advice here. Managed to take a shot off my knee last game. I've never had any of the knee pads. Help/Hinder? Style, brand? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

came last night in a 10-4 win. Big weight off my shoulders.

I know its North Carolina and they have trouble finding scorekeepers for the games, but seriously. We're losing 5-3 with 50 seconds left, team yells at me to come to the bench and the other team scores with 10 seconds left. I look at the scoresheet later that night (Pointstreak on line) and I've been tagged with goal #6. Hey lady scorekeeper, I'm not on the ICE, its called an EMPTY NET GOAL...

We lost again, but I stopped 30/33 shots. 3-2 the final. My guys stayed out of the way, only had to scream at them a couple of times. This team we played last night, had totally dominated me in the past. In the 4 previous games they were averaging 9 goals against me.
