Ok so here are my pictures. I started off kneeling with knee's together and kicking legs out as far from each other as possible, I took my measurment from toe to toe as these were the two points that touched the ground and there for easier to read the measurment. As you can see from my measurment (23" incase the pict is not clear enough to read), I HAVE TO STRETCH MORE!! lol

Let's do this guys - run a 6-week challenge with a picture at the start, end of week three, end of week six. To award the prize we can do this - have the board vote on who improved the most for one program and then we can do a random draw from all of the participants for another copy of the UGT system. Because of the design of the hip joint, some of you will have bony limitations to your improvements and I do not want you to be penalized for that so I think giving two prizes would be fair.

What do you think about that?
    Cheers,
    maria

I just saw this now Scottish - that is a great way to measure it! So one prize for overall improvement - it will give a bit of an advantage to those with a longer tibia, but that is okay - and one prize by random draw. How would that be?

    Cheers,
    Maria

Yeah I already know that I have limitations, but I also know that I have not been putting 100% effort into my stretches, so this will help to get me on track!!

Glad you guys like the challenge! Enjoy!
