wow this idea is really getting some feedback! I'm in as well but im not sure how much further i can go, think i might be close to maxed out already
I play hockey because I love the game. I am a goalie because i have all the mental deficiencies that the position requires!

Maria, count this 47 old goat, long since done at 34, in. Where do we measure? From the back? Lay the tape heel to heel or tips of the toes? Pics from the front or from the rear? I agree knees tight together. Given that we all have different length of legs is the distance between the feet the measurement you want or the angle of the legs in relation to the torso? I dont care either way - sounds like fun to me - but we're talkin bragging rights here. :)

All right, you youngins, you're out of excuses or do you want to be taken down by a goat old enough to be the grandpa to some of you?

Default Here is the Butterfly Challenge WORKOUT!!!

    Hi Gang,

Here is the video for the workout! I will let you guys decide on the exact ground rules - my suggestion is to run the challenge for 4-6 weeks - with measurements at the beginning, the middle and the end. To measure knees need to be touching and measure to the toes.

Remember this is just for fun; so please don't take a rubber mallet to your hip joints, just so you can win! Although I do appreciate the bragging rights argument! :D

I am posting a PDF summary of the workout over at Hockey Training Pro. I tried to up load it here, but I got a message that it was too large a file for the site. I am just going to post that blog right now, so give me 30-minutes or so to have it up.

    Enjoy gang!!!
    Cheers,
    Maria

This looks awesome!!! Thanks for doing this. The only problem is.... I'm not so sure I want to cut into my cheeto time....

So how are we going to measure? From big toe to big toe? Feet flared out (like they would be if you had your skates on) or straight back?

Have a look at my pict that I posted to see who I measured, that way seems like the easiest and most accurate, but like M says what ever way you do it, just make sure you keep doing it the same way for consistancy and results!

    Cheers
