    Hi Gang,

I polled the goalies over at my blog to see who has a slideboard and how they use it. Turns out quite a few had slideboards, but did not use them that much or just used them for striding. So I put together a video showing you how you can work on your leg endurance, knee recoveries and core strength using the slideboard.

    Dear Santa,

My name is Scottish and I live in Whistler. I have been a very good boy this year so in addition to the Red Rider BB Gun that I have been asking for since I was 10 years old, I would like a Slideboard.

    ....how does that sound?

hahaha you should see the photo's of Christmas when I was 5! I wanted a Tank. I was very specific when I sat on Santa's Knee (back then you were allowed to sit on Santa's knee) and I told him exactly which tank I wanted. What he gave me was a doll dressed in army clothes!!! I ripped everything off it including heads, arms and legs and gave it back to Santa and then balled my eyes out!!! now there is a story! lol

Ha ha - hilarious - gave me a flash back of the year I got a doll for Christmas. Can't even remember what I wanted, probably a kettlebell and some sweet hex dumbbells - but I remember that I was not thrilled with this doll. As my Mom tells the story I grabbed the thing by the hair and said "Okay baby - eat!" Here's the photo evidence - not thrilled.
Probably a really good thing Paul & I don't have kids.A new slideboard circuit that is more than just striding!-dscn5985.jpg
