Sounds awesome.. I think I can do that. The only thing I may "cheat" on is not doing it on game days, but if I can get a few workouts in and get my body up to par I can probably do it on game days, too. Sounds fun.

Hey guys,
Just wanted to see if anyone what to do it with me. If we start August 2nd, 90 days will be October 31, Halloween. Thought that would be cool. Let me know if anyone wants in. Figure we can keep track on here and help each other stay motivated.
Good luck with whatever workout you guys do.

Nobody understands the position who hasn't played it. Hockey is a team game, but for a goalie, it's more like an individual sport. - John Garrett

if i had p90x i'd do it but i dont even know what it is. i bet itll get you in some hella good shape tho
its the latest craze.... we have a similar thing buts its called Insanity, same idea just different name. its a great work out.
I would be in only im gone for all of September back to the motherland
I tried P90X and quit in 10 minutes.
"Soccer players pretend they're hurt, Hockey players pretend they're not."
If you can get past Tony Horton's idiotic jokes and ego it's a great workout.
BTW, Insanity isn't the same. Insanity is much more cardio and plyos; P90X is more strength training. It wouldn't be a bad idea to do Insanity first to lose fat and then P90X to get the strength going.
Reading more about Insanity I wonder if that's the one I should do first. Only 45 minutes a day, very heavy cardio and plyos to burn fat, all while strengthening the core (but little else). I'll have to find someone to, er, "loan" me a set or "trade."
What about using Maria Mountain's goalie workout. May take a little longer, but I bet you would have less chance of injury and be more well rounded. The Speed Workout she has is pretty solid too.
