Why are you screaming at me?
Pics. I dont know what a Russian box is.
Have you ever had a dream that you were so sure was real? What if you could not wake up from that dream, how would you tell the difference between the real world and the dream?
I used a Russian box back when I used to train for juniors. Works great on building muscle that's directly applicable to skating and butterfly recovery. Definitely recommend it. Build it sturdy, though, or you'll injure yourself.

Here's the link to one for those that aren't familiar with them. Couldn't attach a picture, either said the size was too large or just gave an error.
Russian boxes are great for training for explosive side to side movements. Definitely worth the effort to build them.
just need to find the time and money. maybe I can make a smaller more portable version that can stake into the ground at a park or something. Like two separated landing platforms.
