Thank you Maria! I think I may have the bone block in the right shin, and the left one with pain really doesn't like that stretch/exercise, but I think this will really help. can the knee wall stretch be used for a before game stretch to help loosen it or would there be a better way so it will relax? I REALLY appreciate this, I am going to do this about twice a day 20 times per foot. Another quick question I have; What type of exercise should I do to gain strength in my bfly crawl or push when I am IN my butterfly? If you already have a video on this that would be great! I will keep you posted on the shin!
