    Default 3 Off Ice Exercises to Improve Your Butterfly Crawl

    Hi Gang,

    This was a question from my "Most Burning Off-Ice Training" thread. Someone asked about ways to train the butterfly crawl. I hope this is what you had in mind and please let me know if you have any questions.



    PS - Scottish - although I am not in full gear - check out the nice socks - how is my glove hand??? I know too high - stick hand too low :p

    Hey M...... first of all ! STYLIN sock look! lol I do like the socks though, the colours would match my pads quite nicely!

    All these excercise are awsome, helpfull, and detailed so that even us monkey's can follow.

    I noticed that you have quite a wide flar out with legs when on yoru knees. Do you have stretches that help open up those hips to allow for a wider butterly?? You prob have them posted somewhere else.

    As for your glove n blocker! you gotta stop watching me! lol bad form! hahahahaha

    Thanks for the tips - I will work on that - ha ha! Glad that you are enjoying the fashion tips as well. Click on the link below and around the 3-minute mark I go into two exercises that will improve your hip internal rotation which is what helps you flare your lower legs in the butterfly. Give them a try and see what you think.

    Hey M,

    I remeber this video now, I just couldnt remember where I saw it. I will def get on these moves and hopefully my dancing gets better, erm I mean my butterfly lol!!!
