"Soccer players pretend they're hurt, Hockey players pretend they're not."
Fascinating. I discovered that my right hand (stick hand) actually has a higher range of motion than my glove hand. I also noticed that after entertaining myself with this for a good 10 minutes that my right elbow (on the inside) began to feel as though I was working out again. I think some of the natural quirks that have worked their way into the way I handle my stick during play have created the issue I'm running into. Thanks a lot for the workout ideas, and it's odd that you say "a hammer" since it took me about 6 months to get my girlfriend to purchase that. Lord knows how long it'd take to get her to buy a resistance band.
Hopefully she did not get one of those little tiny pink hammers like my brother got me for my birthday one year (beats the Weird Al Yankovic record he got me the year before - no joke) - ha ha! Let me know how it goes.
Cheers,
Maria
