Dude, your pics look great! Your equipment looks great but the thing that strikes me is your stance and balance. The way you're set in your stance - weight on the balls of your feet and your edges gripping the ice - is just about perfect. Front to back and side to side, you look ready for any shot.

Thanks guys, thats a tremendous compliment and i appreciate it! I was thinking the same thing when i saw them. You never really know what you look like until you actually see. I looked at Mind the nets video on stance and thought wow, i kind of look like that. I know im getting some double coverage with my blocker as i went to a shorter stick. My current stick is a 24". Im thinking im going to go for a 25" next time. Also the lie looks a little off. Would you agree?

    Gear looks great.
The lie is off in most of the pictures, just the heel is touching. Was it like that with the 25" paddle? Do you have an old stick with a 25" paddle just to pose in your stance with?

No i have a 26", but its too big in the butterfly. I think ill take my current stick to the store and find just a bit longer with a sharper lie.

I prefer a 25" for the same reasons: gives me appropriate length in the stance and doesn't push up my blocker in the butterfly. I'd say give it a whirl and see how it performs for you.

All these guys praising your stance. But in the same rink you're in (Sportsplex #3) Ron Veit was giving me crap for the same problem you have. Your glove is down like you're Luongo. You need that glove up at the crest of your logo, and ready for a shot. A few of the shots your glove is pointing straight down, which in turn is completely useless most of the time.
