White Pucks
So I purchased 20 white pucks to help work on focusing on the puck. I used one today for warm ups while playing as a forward. Even up close stickhandling, I could bearly see this thing! Cant wait to use them durring a stick-time practice session.

I have used the white puck for about 5 years now, or should I say they have been used against me in training, they are great they really make me have to focus on the puck. The only draw back is they start to turn a little yellow with time, which makes them easier to see.
In my experience the only thing white pucks were good for was getting you and/or your shooter(s) injured.
