Good idea and I think I'd definitely buy one assuming I could pick paddle length. Much more useful than a card too. :)

Since there's t-shirts and other stuff, what about having an annual, limited-edition, custom Goalie Crease goalie stick from Don Simmons? I don't know if that's going to be feasible though. The goalie card thing isn't taking off that fast. This idea might not have enough juice (members with money) to go forward.
So, there would be 1. the word goaliecrease.net somewhere on the stick, 2. multiple sizes available, 3. one custom curve, 4. one custom color scheme, 5. minimum 2-stick order, and 6. discounted price using GCN credits.
Just an idea. Could try to plan something before fall 2012.

Wow, ideas coming all over the place. The site needs to start generating more money before I can invest in custom sticks like that.
As the site grows the demand on the servers grows, and that makes my costs grow. So right now we're unable to this, but you never know in the future.
I think everyone should jump on the cards idea, cause it's fun, and it's not really that expensive.

Have you ever had a dream that you were so sure was real? What if you could not wake up from that dream, how would you tell the difference between the real world and the dream?
That would be bad ass next to my existing rookie card!
