He saw it but what you guys didn't get to see was all the hits I took from the North players. That girl was the same one who ran into me about 3 times so this was my way of getting revenge and the ref wasn't going to give me a penalty with 8 seconds left in the game

Oh, I saw them run into you. Sucks, and they should have been penalized for that, too. I'm just saying what you did was selfish and, had you been called, it would have put your team at even more of a disadvantage. I've done it, too, and I was wrong for doing so.

As for the actual play in the video, I like that you came out and challenged the shots. Since you're smaller you have to do that, and I think you did it reasonably well. Only thing to keep in mind is try to keep good technique when you're challenging; often it seemed like when you challenged you were a bit too aggressive and lost good technique. For example, on that last play you did well to come out and challenge, but your stick was in a terrible position, and seemingly either helped the puck ramp over you or, at the very least, made your body come out of good position to stop that puck instead of ramping it over you.

I'm still learning how to challenge a shooter the right way. Like you said I am smaller but I try to make my self look bigger by coming out more but as you can see I don't use the right form. The last goal took me by surprise because she stole the puck at the top of the circle and the next thing I know she was right there. I should of used the puck check and at least had my body square to her, not only did she score but I took a nice stick to the neck

Started off slow letting 2 goals in on 2 shots. Didn't let any in after, but I couldn't find my groove so I just ended up looking like a goalie who couldn't play. Listen to the 3rd goal that goes in, it was waved off and you can clearly hear the players being upset

I made Varsity hockey but the coach had me play JV for the first game because they are a good team. The first "goal" you can't see but the ref calls it a goal when he is on the other side of the play

My rebound control is the biggest issue right now because like you said it's a hit or miss but it all depends on how comfortable I'm feeling during the game. If I'm calm I'll control rebounds well but if I'm nervous I'll be a little jumpy and pucks will go where ever. First time I heard someone say I have great stick poisitioning because normally it lags behind or is a tad off.
havnt gotten through all the videos yet but just wanted to say that I was the same way with rebounds for a long time! and still to this day it still depends alot on how comfortable I am and the tone of the game. i have to agree your a talented little goalie! good to see :)

Got asked to play in the mens league so I said yes. Haven't been on the ice for days so I was struggling towards the end
