Just to add to what Hildy had to say about shuffling when travelling post to post...I noticed that you do NOT do any shuffles when doing these movement drills. Yes, t-pushes look good and feel pretty cool to execute, but when the puck is in the zone the only time you should be t-pushing is on passes that are an arm and stick length in distance or longer. Remember, when a player is moving with the puck shuffles are a must for maintaining proper positioning, squareness and readiness. Just to help understand the point check out this article:

Here are some videos of a more holistic approach to movement drills while on the feet:
Standing Movement Drills
Adding some down movement:
Down Game and Recovery Drills (with and without shots)
Hope this helps for further open ice times.

i think i was doing t pushes across because i was actually thinking through the movements. in a game type situation i noticed that i do use shuffles. kinda weird but as i was doing the t pushes i thought it felt s little awkward.
One thing I am noticing, and that I harp on with my goalies, is that you are sitting back in your butterfly, especially when you are sliding to your blocker-side. try to keep your femurs vertical and it will improve your net presence greatly.
