My game last night was rather slow (the other team only had 5 players and a goalie show up) so I was practicing some movement in between action. I also did a pose facing the camera to look at my stance.

    As always, comments appreciated :)

I know what it is, we give them away here as prizes in our contests. I was asking if that's what he was using or not. Or are you saying you used an actual bungee cord? :) now I'm confused. LOL.

I'm saying I use an actual bungee cord... bought it at Canadian Tire for like $0.13/ft... tie it up like regular skate lace, but it has the give to allow your foot to move.

Did anyone ask you what you were doing while the puck was on the other end?

No, my players are used to me. :)

I do Maria's ultimate goalie warmup in the halls before the game and at first got quite a few looks from doing that... I'm sure when I started doing this they were just like "oh, there he goes doing his strange goalie stuff again... " :)

when I started using it I didn't know of flextoe. Not sure the cost of a flextoe, but this works well enough I wouldn't likely change.

Latest video. I tried the suction cup mount like Wong has been using... love the angle.

A couple of things that I am noticing.

    1. If I was your goalie coach, we would work on "smoothing" the movement of your push leg during movement, especially during shuffles.
    2. As the game went on you seemingly were playing deeper in your net, and that seemed to allow at least one goal. I am assuming that is from fatigue, as I share the same issue occasionally, keep that in mind, and I believe it'll help prevent late goals.

Thanks for the response. Can you elaborate a little bit
on what you mean by smoothing the push leg?
