Hey do you have any tips on doing the pop up from the butterfly? You can do it very well and i can get it ok but i end up leaning forward too much usually. :\

Top vid: big man using his size really well. You do an excellent job of keeping your arms tight to your torso and following the puck into your gloves.

Bottom vid: good positioning, no wasted movement. Looks good to me, man. Your team runs around alot in its own end and you certainly make them look good.
