    That'd be me, be nice that vid is my first time adapting to Zachs style. I have a 4 vids up and you can see me get sharper with the "new" style of movement throughout.

    These are all one on one sessions here in Minnesota in a suburb of Minneapolis. I had another video but it got corrupted due to a bad SD card.

    Looks good! A little blocker movement, could work on isolating your lower body to keep your stick more centered. Slides and bfly look great!

    Greatly, while I dont play to Zachs spec to a T the principles are sound and it helped lay a more solid foundation of my gameplay. Prior to this my style was much more Hasek like, training with Zach helped me clean up my movement and recovery a ton but when put in a bad spot I'll still battle with the "anything goes" style that I used to.

    I have a bunch of game/pickup vids posted in this thread if you want to see it applied. I'm always working on something so subscribe to the channel if you want to comment or just see some vid.
