    well I did this drill at the beginning of my last two games and the last 7's and 8's are leg burners but the drill works great as a pregame warm up and then stretch after.

    Wouldn't you be tuckered out to start the game? :) Seems a bit excessive for a warm up.

    no not at all, after a stretch and some water I was ready to go.

    you can also alter it...only do 6's instead of 8's

    i was always told you need to break a sweat and have a heat rate of 120 plus before getting a good stretch in.
