Hello, this is my first post here, but I have been following this bulletin board for a little while and really like this video section.
I will share links to all of the movement drills we have that are done to improve a goaltender's standing mobility. We believe strongly in having goaltenders get into position on their feet as much as possible.

I realize that for most people a reply in this case is not necessary, but I was taught back when I played Midget "AAA" to say thank you when someone gives myself or my team(in this case, MTN Goaltending) praise. Thank you, DHiltz. I hope people are finding out that Mind The Net Goaltending offers a LOT of quality(at least we hope it is) information for free and this is just another way we can help goalies of all ages and skill levels, as well as parents and coaches.
