Default Down Game and Recovery Drills (with and without shots)

After posting all of our videos that are for improving a goalie's standing movement earlier I am now posting all of MTN Goaltending's videos that incorporate working on downward movements and recoveries both while staying down and recovering to one's feet. Enjoy.

Holy crap. Ok, real quick for my retarded eyes. Is this several drill videos all put into one thread? If so I'd like to separate them out into individual threads to help people find them with the search option in site and through Google etc.

    Let me know.

Yes Arth, that's what it would appear to be.

Thank you, JFunk. It is for responses like this that we do the videos. I know they are pretty basic (not a lot of animations, etc.) but I believe people are pretty good at figuring out how things are supposed to work.

We are trying to do some more advanced video work, but it takes a lot of time that I do not have. Thanks, again, for the compliment.

    MindTheNet,
Thank you for all the great videos. I have a question about butterfly crawls. It is a typical question but I would like to know how you personally would train a person who can crawl great one way, to be able to crawl great the other way. I can go left to right like Fleury, but when it comes to going the opposite direction, I almost look worse than Luongo! I just spin and twirl and look quite handicapped. or I lose an edge. Is there any special way to get this to work better? I have a narrow butterfly, and use a stupid sharp on my skates.

    Thank you very much,

    Rick

Rick, I just spent 45 minutes typing out a response about your backside recovery problems, hit "Preview Post" and was informed that I was not logged in meaning there must be a time out feature when posting. I should know better and should have typed in word then copy and pasted. If any mods read this and can retrieve that repsonse that would be great. I will post an answer by the weekend.

    Butterflyattack - Thank you.

Like Itech said, who's apparently a moderator now, we have no control over things like that. Sorry man, I wish we could help. I know all of us have made the same mistake after a wall of text before.
