Welcome to the Warrior Goalie forum. We are excited to be a part of this growing, GoalieCrease.net, community. The Warrior Goalie Team will moderate this forum in the hope that we can pass along in depth knowledge on our products, give some behind the scenes insight into the development of goalie gear and share with the community our love and passion for goaltending and our excitement for the equipment we use to play the game. I would like to introduce to you the members of the Warrior Goalie Team. We look forward to your participation in the Warrior Goalie forum.

Roman Halko is the Business Unit Manager for Warrior Hockey Sticks. He has worked 11 years in the hockey industry with a few of the major stick manufacturers. Roman has an engineering background and has worked at all levels within the stick category (pro, retail, design and manufacturing). He is a lifelong hockey player.

Keith is the Product Manager for Warrior Sticks. He has worked in the hockey equipment industry for the past eighteen years. Keith’s career has included retail sales, manufacturer sales, product development and product management. Keith plays goal and helps to test new product.

Francois Dagneau is a developer/designer for Warrior Goalie. He has worked in the sporting goods industry since 2007. Francois has a degree in Industrial Design. He is closely involved in all aspects of the design and development of current and future Warrior Goalie products as well as contributing input and ideas to all areas of the category. Frank is an avid goaltender and a key tester of new products.

Neal Watts is a developer/designer for Warrior Goalie. He has worked in hockey equipment retail and has been with Warrior since 2010. Neal studied art and design at university. Neal is closely involved in all aspects of the design and development of current and future Warrior Goalie products as well as contributing input and ideas to all areas of the category. Neal is an avid goaltender and a key tester of new products.

Eric Marvin is the product manager/pro rep for Warrior Goalie. He has been with Warrior since 2009. Eric is involved with a wide range of tasks including product organization, relationship building, marketing, grass roots projects, business administration as well as acting as a conduit to deliver information from the market to the R&D team. Eric has also recently taken over the pro rep duties. Eric has had a successful goaltending career having played D1 for Western Michigan University and some minor pro.

Pete Smith is the Business Unit Manager for Warrior Goalie. He has been designing and building goalie equipment for over twenty five years. Pete has played a major role in the advancement and modernization of goalie gear while working at his own company as well as designing roles with other companies. Pete is involved with all aspects of the Warrior goalie business including design, manufacturing, sales and marketing. Pete still plays goal.

I was lucky to meet Pete, and Roman down in Vegas at the Let's Play Hockey Expo. Great guys, and they both had lots of time to talk to people. I hope that all of the staff from Warrior enjoys being a part of the community and I can guarantee you that you'll have your hands full of questions from our users. I know I'm excited to see what Warrior Hockey has to offer, and glad to have you a part of our team here at the Goalie Crease Network.
